CPU wise about 200-250 requests/s or ca 15-20 Mbps IIRC.

But to use all of that you need more drives. I would recommend to start
with 4 drives, 3 for cache and 1 for system+swap+logs (including
swap.state logs).

How much load do you need to handle?
