Because the changes were very minimal in most places, you can extract
the files over the top of your 1.2.10 files. Somebody emailed me off
list the other day and asked for a patch, so I'll get one built. Just
as a note, because of the way SquirrelMail is packaged, there is no
config/config.php file, or data files (apart from the default
examples). So it is safe to extract 1.2.11 over the top of 1.2.10, or
extract 1.2.11 into a new location, and copy the data files (including
config.php) into the new locations. The same applies for plugins too.

I'll try getting a patch built tonight, and upload it somewhere.
