please, oh PLEASE stop replying to existing threads, clearing out the contents 
of the email you're about to write (including subject line) and writing a new 
email to ask a new question.  Only reply to threads if you are actually 
replying to threads.  Use your MUA's "new" or "compose" functions to start 
new threads.

squirrelmail doesn't, but I'm sure there are pop3/imap mailbox monitors for 
windows.  I know there are lots for linux and other unix-like systems.  Check 
freshmeat.net and google.
