whosgonna created an issue (kamailio/kamailio#4409)
### Description
Given the following code, where `$var(foo)` has not been defined.
```
$var(q) = "SELECT * FROM fn_function(" + $(var(foo){sql.val.str}) + ");");
xinfo("$var(q)\n");
```
The following is logged:
```
SELECT * FROM fn_function(0)
```
The `0` should be quoted based on the `{sql.val.str}` transformation.
NOTE: After typing this up, but before submitting, I observe the same thing if
`$var(foo)` is set to `0` as well.
### Troubleshooting
Steps above
#### Reproduction
Reproducible
