What is the best way to cast an integer to a string then - specifically to be
used in a sql query? Cast it in the query? I moved to the `{sql.val*}`
transformations because I was under the impression that they were more
appropriate than manually writing my quotes into the query and then using
`{s.escape.common}`. Is that not the case?
