Assuming you want to start sshd on all hosts at boot, what do you do
when your NFS server is down? You don't start sshd, and remote logins
to the computer become impossible. (That is, if you do the right thing
and disallow insecure logins after deploying ssh.) This can lead to
very interesting situations if your client hosts are somewhere that's
hard to reach physically, or if you have other console login problems.

(This in addition to all the "Not For Security" related stuff.)
