Your SSH server isn't setting the DISPLAY environment variable for some
reason. Look at your server logs and try to see why. Also, double check your
server config to make sure X Forwarding is enabled, and your client config
to make sure you're requesting it.
If you want any real help, you have to include the output of "ssh -v server"
(or whatever other options you're adding), and the output from the server
log file.
