Hi John,
libwrap.a is not in the ssh build directory. It's usually in /usr/lib or
/usr/local/lib. Often; however, many people don't save it when compiling
the tcp-wrapper package. If you didn't save it then recompile the
tcp-wrapper package and put the lib in one of those two places.
