YES!!!! CygWin is amazing. I installed the latest version of CygWin and, with
extremely minor tweeking (ie defining inet_aton() and endservent() and
commenting out some #include's for non-existent header files), got both
ssh-keygen2 and ssh2 to work (although I'm still not sure how correct they are).
Unfortunately, the executables exceed the 1.5 MB email limit here. I'll find
some other way to post them.
I'll test out the other executables before sending them out (it'd be /so/
awesome if sshd2 would work!).
