Although I can telnet from the Win98 machine to the server, it will not connect on port 22. I do not know why. It just says could not open a connection to www.thenameofmyserver.com . Any ideas? a) Can you telnet from the Win98 machine to port 22 on the server? What response do you get? b) Run the sshd with the -v flag and try connecting. What happens? -- > > I have installed SSH2 on my linux box and F-secure on one of my workstations > running Win98 but I can't get the 2 to talk. Any ideas? > > Steve > >
