I did, last Friday and Monday, too. I tried to inform the list on both
occasions but my mails were eaten up. Maybe there wasn't enough related
content or something.
I also called just today and got the same response as you did.
Meanwhile, I've checked that the Majordomo interface works properly, by
sub'ing and unsub'ing a fresh new account.

Yeap. If only people read the instructions. But they think spam removes
work (which they don't, hint, hint) and they also don't bother reading
(or even _keeping_) the instructions.
