Christa, thanks for posting some actual *useful* information instead of
some self-righteous rant about how stupid the rest of the world is and
how much power I wield because I am the almighty lord sysadmin, etc..

It's very refreshing to hear from people who actually demonstrate
courtesy, social skills and above all, understanding.
