No. I want to distribute my software only to U.S. citizens and I guess
Canadians if it's legal. I do not want to distribute my software to
Ethiopians or Australians or Israelis. Instead I want a distributer who knows
who it's legal distribute to and who it's not. I'm not sure of the
legalities, so I want to find an FTP site that is, and will take my software
and distribute it legally for me.
Where is an FTP site that performs the export-restricting checks that will
distribute my software for me?
