Ask Netscape. They check for Domestic IP and check the entered snail
address if it's a valid one. Seem's to do the trick. But who want's to pay
for all this queries in a database of *all* domestic & canadian addresses?
You get data entry services for cheap in a lot of asian countries, send
them your app in printed and have them type it in :-)
