I would tend to think that live steamers in general don't need an excuse to boil water, just a location. St. Louis would be great! Personally, I'd tend to want to push it later in the year, say September or October, just don't make it Columbus Day weekend - All good steamers should be at the East Broad Top's Fall Spectacular that weekend.
