My Ruby is rather new with less than 10 hours steaming time.  On the bench on 
blocks I get 18-20 minutes run time.  I have added a superheater and 
rearranged some plumbing as well as a #3 gas jet.  Hopefully when I get a 
little better at adjusting throttle and fuel I will be able to extend the run 
time.
