Terry,
It all depends on what size boiler you are talking about! If you are
building a 3/4" scale raritan, it will be fine! If you are building an "O"
gauge 0-4-0, it's probably to heavy! Yet, if you are building a 15" gauge
4-8-4, it's probably too small! So, we need more informamtion as to it's
intended use to make an educated guess.

Harry, and any others,
  I got a sheet of copper that is .034" thickness. Would this be thick
enough to be a boiler? I looked in my Mechanics handbook, and found that the
copper is about 22 gauge. I am thinking that it will be fine. Let me know.
