It'll likely stay the wrong order, since the different client might use totally different "id"'s But regardless, the timing of computer switches / window switches / enabling of rtt / disabling of rtt / etc ... was already carefully factored into XEP-0301 so it can recover the message in any virtually any common conceivable situation.
