I'm hoping someone else has experienced this and knows how to solve it.
It happens with both 9.0.4 and 9.1 on two different computers. A G3 and a
Starmax 5500/200.

Everything will be operating fine, Then I will try to move an icon on the
desktop or move a file from one folder to another, and it will just snap
back into place. It won't move no matter what I do. The same thing is
happening in Outlook Express can't move mail into folders.

Is there something simple I'm overlooking. Or is it likely some extension
conflict? The only way I have been able to solve the problem is to do a
"clean" system install. But a day or so later, the icons lockup in place
again. I can open the files. I can use the files. Modify and delete them,
I just can't move them. I've run Disk Warrior, Norton , FirstAid, rebuilt
the desktop and zapped the PRAM to no avail.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks. Doug
