That always depends on what your budget is and how you want to use
the computer. If you are playing games, then get at least an ATI
Orion or spend the money and get a new Radeon. If you are using
for general e-mail/web browsing then the built in video is fine (it
is an ATI Rage II+ chip). If you need to push heavy graphics
around, then maybe a Rage Pro video card.
