Let's figure this one out!
OS 9.1 installs v1.4.6 of USB Adapter Card Support and v 2.0.9 of USB Mass
Storage Support. They both show in Conflict Catcher (did you update to
v8.0.9?). Apple System Profiler (did you update to v2.5.1?) shows my USB
card in slot B1. Version 3.x (did you mean 1.3.5?) is not in the Apple
software library. Be damned sure that v1.4.1 or newer of "USB Adapter Card
Support" is in your system (older versions are know to be buggy).
I see your problem as twofold:
1) Does your USB card work at all?
2) Are your USB devices Mac compatible?
Suggestion: Borrow a USB device that definitely works on a Mac to test your
USB card (not all USB cards work)?
PS Sorry about the false direction on the Belkin driver (I was thinkin'
about Ethernet cards).
