Is your conflict catcher set 'Locked' this would cause CC to disable
the USB extensions on start-up. This really sounds like a problem
with CC. Are you running CC version 8.0.7 or later? I would
suggest upgrading that first. The only other suggestion I have would
be to try manually disabling the CC extension by dragging it out of
the System:Extensions folder and into the main drive.
