I remember that when I installed an ADS USB card in my Starmax 3000, the
standard Apple USB Card Support installer didn't do any good. What I ended
up having to do was a clean install of OS 9.1. Then the USB card started
working. Not wanting to move all my third-party extensions, preferences,
etc, I just moved the USB extensions from the clean install system folder to
the old one and voila....it worked.
