I have recently acquired two Micron EDO memory modules. Each of them 64 Mb, for use in my SM 3000/200 with MacOS 8.5.1 . I do have the Micron part numbers available and I have checked them against Microns posted information to be sure they matched the machines requirements. Here is the problem: no matter which chip I use, or which of 2 available memory slots they are in, only one half of the capacity of the chip is recognized by the machine (32 out of 64 Mb). Does anyone have any suggestions for a remedy?
