        It is a matter of how you use your computer, but I never use floppies 
these days. ZIPs and CDs are the two media I use. If it were me, I get 
a ZIP drive and skip the floppy all together. Anything that I can fit 
on a floppy I can easily transfer electronically instead. But suit 
yourself in this matter.
