Aloha 'Aina! I have a PowerMax 5000 that was damged in shipping...
It does not boot up at all. I loooked all thru it. The battery was disconneted, but nothing else "seems" bad. The case it bent in areas. How can I tell if the power supply is bad? Does it need a load on it to work? Where can I get a new one?
