Hey all, I've made some changes to a local installation to support removal of admins. The only admin that cannot be removed is the older one, as a "group takeover protection" mechanism. Furthermore i added a 'claim group' functionality for those groups that became orphaned (with no administrators) over time.
Of course it's very basic, done without db schema changes and as i'm probably going to use it in my installation i thought i should share it in case someone else cares.
