Hello Dirk
OK, so you want a more concise reply. Well here is a reply specific to your
mail but you will find it` s longer than the, " here here" reply.
On 08-May-99, you wrote:

Don`t know about you Dirk but I run a business and use my Amiga to do some
of
the tasks involved. Several Amiga programs perform fantastically for me. IE
Lightwave 3D, Image FX, Adpro 2.5 which isn`t even in production any more,
propage, PPaint, etc etc.
There is only one "pro" package that just doesn`t perform on such a regular
basis, you guessed it "STfax".
OK the other programs do let me down from time to time, so I ask a question
of the relevant list. No one on any other list has ever been rude to me. The
STfax list is the only place that this happens. If I had an alternative
solution to STfax, I would already have left the list. But at the moment I
don`t.
AND having paid for the software, I expect support without rude or sarcastic
remarks.

I agree sometimes Chris is very helpfull, but it`s just sometimes. And
sometimes he used to start off a conversation really irrate and when he got
things off his chest would talk to me like a friend. Sorry but that`s
unacceptable to me as a business man. I couldn`t dare to treat my customers
in this way. I would be bankrupt already. Big no no for me, NEVER SWEAR AT A
CUSTOMER, end of story.

As for Simmone, he hasn`t been rude particularly but I have posted several
messages to the list lately and have heard nothing of him.

That`s an understatement. How long have you been on this list ?

I wrote the last line before reading yours honest, that`s why I have left it
in this mail deliberately. Great minds think a like ehh (yes, and before
anyone else writes I know fools seldom differ) ; )

Sorry, disagree again, Chris has had the same attitude for as long as we`ve
had Stfax. Infact one of my partners, an extremely calm and laid back young
lady (calmer than me anyway) refussed to deal with Chris after the first
time she spoke to him. And that was within days of us purchasing Stfax.

It would be nice to end the fueding Dirk, but I don`t think it will happen
til Stfax works reliably for more than just a few. I have asked for someone
to take a look at my log file, I`m sure you seen this in my previous posts
but neither Simone or Chris has offered any help.
Living in hope of solutions
Regards.
