I run a business, and use the Amiga

I noticed from your previous mailings :-).

I don't disagree with you here. But I feel that "rehashing" the issue
over and over again is not helping anybody. Don't think Chris or
Simone will be more helpfull now.

That's good policy. I didn't hear Chris swear at you, remember? I only
saw him write, after it was pointed out to him several times that
another program performed better: use the other program then, if
you're not happy with ours. And yes, he was sounding irritated.

I mailed him at his personal address with the log-file when I had
problems, at got a polite answer. His appearance on this list is
rather rare ATM, but I don't know what he's up to. Maybe he's just
taking a vacation?

Hey, I expected at least one person to react on it, I'm glad you
didn't let me down :-)

Well, if he would show this attitude to me, I would stop buying from
him. Period. But with the recent postings, I can understand him
getting frustrated.

Yes, I have seen your previous mailings as well. Maybe it would be
helpfull to just mail the logfile to Chris and Simone, asking them for
help? (If you haven't already?)

> Living in hope of solutions

Hey, I can understand all of the things you write, also in the past
mailings. That's not the point. You voiced your feelings about the
customer support you got, so I voiced mine, which was admittedly
better.
