[stfax] Re: Pace Solo fax corruption in Stfax

This problem has existed ever since I bought the Pace 56 Solo and ST-Fax.   I
only bought ST-Fax and the Pace Solo so that I could receive faxes in
'Independent mode'.  I chose this equipment and software especially for this
reason.  I am receiving faxes that are so badly corrupted when ST-Fax
collects them from the modem that they are truly unreadable.  I do need this
software to work.  At the moment, I just cannot read incoming faxes.  I can't
even get the gist of what is in the fax and guess the rest.  I can hardly
read anything.  Please, PLEASE  P L E A S E  can we have something done about
this?  Is there anything users can do by way of testing, to help?   John
