There`s a very big mistake in the voice-script!
The CallOperator is not doing what it should do!
For example, someone wants to Call The Operator, while that he/she should here
nice music, no problem, works great!
But the alarm-tone just play AFTER the played music, arrrgh!
So it isn`t a waiting music at all, there isn`t any possibility to alarm the
operator for real.
Good (normal?) service would be that the Operator is informed BEFORE (at the
beginning) the waiting music.
So why doesn`t it?
Please put in another command which just plays an alarm-tone, that would be
enough to complete.
I`m working at the voice script for now 3 months and I tried 5 modems, now I
found the solution for a good voice-system,
and NOW THAT!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRR! Bullshit!
I really like ST-Fax, I always tell everyone how great it is, and it is. But
please, PLEASE INCLUDE THAT FUNCTION. It
seems very silly to me that the operator is really called when the waiting
music is over, no sense.
What is that script-field, where I can choose another script??? What script? I
tried an own one to first play the alarm-song
(CallOperator) without played "Play file" and "Error Message" to jump to the
new script, which then says "Play File" (waiting
music), .......
There`s no solution for this included until now. I really would wonder if
there is somehow, just try that out.
I worked for it for hours.
Please tell me what to do!!!!!!!!!!
