Darren, Are you sure you added that "counter" yourself? Where did you learn about it? When I google for that iframe I can only see malware related results. Did you see this counter generated statistics? Even once?
Anyway, it's very strange to provide advertisers with statistics from a counter that no one knows of, that hosts in China and doesn't even have a domain name, and that pretends to be a WordPress stats script. Maybe you confuse it with Google Analytics, which is also on your web pages? I checked that IFrame several weeks ago and as far as I remember it was not a counter...
