Operation Rollback, which Eisenhower had
the sense to put on hold, the destabilisation and
take-over of Eastern Europe.
It was not put on hold. The USSR was destabilized. It did not fall apart
under its own weight. If we learn nothing else from the dismemberment of
Yugoslavia, let us learn this and start research to prove it. Much has been
