I'll take #1. :)
The Maximum Linux CD that I bought this summer contained the rain release,
not the most recent hail. I don't know if they have distributed hail since
then since I felt that both Linux Magazine and Linux Journal were better
magazines and I have not purchased any more Maximum Linux.
