apt-get install gimp

gimp

The fastest way is to save any unsaved work, press CONTROL-ALT-F1 to
switch to tty1, log in as root, and issue the "halt" or "reboot" command.
Also, if you switch to Login.app instead of XDM or KDM or whichever *DM
Storm uses, it has a cool feature: you can log in as "halt" or "reboot",
enter root's password, and it'll do exactly that.

Or you could switch over completely to ReiserFS, and just turn your
computer off whenever you bloody feel like. :) That's so much fun.

Debian is up to over 6000 packages now, and Storm includes quite a few
of them. It would be impossible to include documentation for even a
majority of them. But you can always find documentation by looking
in /usr/doc/*packagename*. It's not always GOOD documentation, but
it's something. And perl scripting, or any other kind of programming,
is usually beyond the scope of any kind of guide for new users of an
operating system.

Go easy on the message quoting...
