The Storm 2.06 installer selects an awkward default keyboard.
Here is my post from December on this:
The problem with this apostrophe in Ver 2.06 is the default
US/QWERTY keyboard installer selection uses US/International mapping.
If one selects the US/Generic QWERTY keyboard selection from near the
bottom of the keyboard list during install, this oddity is resolved.
Otherwise, I suspect that appropriate edits to
/etc/console-tools/default.kmap will correct the problem. (Easy to
say, but I haven't done it - I reinstalled with the generic qwerty
keyboard selection).
