Hm. It's there for me... maybe check for a net-modules package, or
something similar, on the Storm cd, if you have one. If not, you have a
couple of options... get the module itself from someone, recompile kernel
version 2.2.16-storm and include rtl8139 as a module, or grab a newer
version of the kernel source and compile that, again specifying it as a
module.
I wouldn't recommend 2... when I tried compiling a kernel with the
kernel-source and kernel-headers packages that came with storm, there was
nothing but grief. Grabbing a copy of the latest kernel source from
ftp.ca.kernel.org always works fine for me.
If you decide that you want to try kernel 2.4, make sure to read the
./Documentation/Changes file in the source tree - you'll need to upgrade a
few packages, most importantly modutils and e2fsprogs before you run the
new kernel. Also be aware that the module name for the RealTek cards is
changed to 8139too.o under kernel 2.4
Easiest quick fix would probably be to just grab rtl8139.o from someone
else.
