Well, yes and no. I mean, it's applicable to people not looking at things the way you and I are too ... at least, maybe not as purely as you and I are. I think it would be really handy to be able to say "this is my load order" and be able to count on it. In fact, it can't be hard to do -- I'm sure I could probably implement it. Does this sound like something that would be good for Struts? If so I'll come up with a patch.
