Is there a recommended Help System Framework for Struts applications? Maybe something that is written in Struts and upholds the high Struts standards that we have come to expect, such as internationalization.
If not, I'd probably take a shot at developing a Help web-app and framework, myself. I would appreciate any thoughts or references that you might have.
