What datatype does getLocal() return?

I would likely write:

SetLocalForm myForm = (SetLocalForm)form

first and then:

String localString = myForm.getLocal();

    or:

String localString = myForm.getLocal().toString();

It may not execute and differently, but it keeps the cast separate and
clear.
