Hi, Yes I can and that is what I'm doing at the moment but in the future I may need use a list so that my tiles can be a bit more dynamic. Also on a personal note, I spent way too much time trying to figure out way to do it yesterday. So am very curious on how it could be done, it's like not being able to finish puzzle.
Anyway cheers!, Jean -----Original Message----- From: Cedric Dumoulin [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: February 27, 2003 1:31 PM To: Struts Users Mailing List Subject: Re: Frames and the Tile PutList Hi, I don't really understand what you are trying to do ;-). Can't you pass your apps attribute as a simple attribute (<put name="apps" .../>) instead of as a list (<putList name="apps" ><add value=""/> ...) ? At best I pass ><tiles:getAsString name="apps"/> as a string.
