There is supposed to be, but my last couple of builds failed, I'll get back to it tomorrow. Well, ok, I just kicked off one more... but I'm not super hopeful. And Michael just pointed out that I'm not doing the magic handshake to get these binaries to the right spot, anyway...
So yes, there will be both x86 and arm64 standalone apps you can install and test.
