Hi all,
I'm wondering if somebody else had problems with
vehicles waiting for pedestrians in parking position:
When I declare triggered="True" in the stop declaration
(which includes parking ="True") then sumo-gui crashes after a while
with this message:
pure virtual method called
terminate called without an active exception
Aborted (core dumped)
Note that only sumo-gui crashes, sumo without graphical interface does
never crash. It does not crash immediately, some vehicle
parking/triggering go well. Controlling the log-file, I could not find
anything suspicious.
I tried to change many vehicle type parameters, but at the end I avoided
the crash by setting parking ="False" for all triggered stops. This is
not exactly what I want (vehicles waiting on the road do block traffic),
but it is a good enough workaround for now.
The simulation worked with versions <0.30. I am not (yet) using parking
areas.
If needed I can send the scenario for investigations.
