Hello,
the option --collisions.check-junctions is very sensitive to the geometry
of internal lanes. If this geometry is to "tight" it may trigger collisions
even though the simulation logic works as expected. On the other hand,
collisions which are detected without this option indicate either unsafe
traffic lights, unsafe parameterization or a bug.

If you send me the scenario I will take a look.
