Hi: I am new to the list and have been enjoying the messages. I want to build a sun-dial where I live in the SOuthern Hemisphere. But my question concerns a book which I have the opportunity to buy and I want to know if it is worth the quite high price.
If anyone can make a comment on it I would be grateful. The book is Homet, J-M. : Les CADRANS SOLAIRES [SUN-DIALS] ; Paris nd [1996?] folio (24x31cm) cloth hc dw 64pp 123 colour plts many full-page, new mint. French text. The seller claims it is "Best book available on Sundials". What do you think? Maria
