Subject: VIRUS WARNING

We have just received the message below from a friend in Australia, and
YES IT WAS ON OUR C:DRIVE. Very easy to delete but do it now just in case.
What a pain!!! Please do a double check afterwards to make sure you have
deleted it. I'm sorry if you happen to receive the virus via us. If you
find it you will need to notify everyone in your address book.

URGENT

Subject: VIRUS WARNING ---- Please Read

Dear All
This is serious
I've just received a VIRUS ALERT from a friend - and having checked it out,
I did find it on my 'C' drive.I thought you had better be informed as soon
as possible.
It's one of those transferred by address book, so you may have it too. The
virus remains dormant for about 14 days then activates and wipes out the
hard drive data... it's undetectable by Norton (and presumably others too).
To delete it is relatively simple.
Please follow the instructions below very carefully:
1) Go to START, then 'Find or Search' (depending on your computer)
2) In 'Search for files or folders' TYPE IN: sulfnbk.exe (this is the
name of the virus)
3) In the 'Look in' window make sure your computer searches in Drive C.
4) Hit the 'Search or Find Now' button
5) If the virus file name shows up DO NOT OPEN IT (it has an ugly black icon
with its name)
6) Right Click on the file - go down to Delete and Left Click
7) It will ask if you want to send it to the Recycle Bin - Click on YES
8) Now go back to your Desktop (where all your icons are) and Double Click
on Recycle Bin
9) Right Click on 'sulfnbk.exe' (or highlight and hit Delete) and delete the
file again, or empty your whole bin.
10) Go back and repeat numbers 1-4 to ensure you've deleted the file
11) If you have found this virus on your system you URGENTLY need to notify
everyone in your address book because that's how the virus is transferred.
Just copy this entire message and then paste it into a new e-mail to
everyone in your address book.
