A few methods:
You can setup DHCP relay in the router / switch to relay DHCP request to your SRS server. or If the 2 subnets are within the same building, you can put another network card in the SRS server and attach it to 192.168.2.0 subnet. Then create another DHCP server for the 192.168.2.0 subnet. In this method, broadcast traffic is contained with the subnet. BTW, Chapter 7 of the SRS 4.0 admin guide should be able to help you.
