Hello all, We have also recently had problems with disappearing sessions, after we upgraded from SRSS3.1 to SRSS4.
We were used to leaving a Kiosk session with uttsc, vncviewer or whatever attached to a smartcard in the evening, and then continuing with it in the morning. A solution in test now (seems to have worked over the weekend) was that the new installation had a 12000sec timeout set for the CDE session per default. I'm not certain whether it is a session lifetime or no-user-input timeout (sessions didn't break over the work day, which is longer than 12ksec). We did also add a number of DTUs recently which may strain the old couple of Netra servers (UltraSPARC2-500MHz) serving them and cause server crashes.
