No, SRSS4.2 still officially comes with no support for kernels above
2.6.28 (unfortunately). However, we have updated the existing community
patches to be compatible to the 2.6.31 kernels of Ubuntu 9.10. So have a
look at

to get the kernel modules of SRSS 4.2 patched to work with kernel
2.6.31. Here we have SRSS 4.2 runnig with 2.6.31 without any issue with
audio or USB so far.
