I am coming back on that matter now after having investigated these
errors. It seems the 0100.SUNWut script had still some problems which I
now fixed. I updated the "Patch-SRSS42-Ubuntu910.txt" file accordingly
and you can also grab the fixed version of 0100.SUNWut for your existing
installations via:

sudo wget -O /etc/opt/SUNWut/xinitrc.d/0100.SUNWut
http://www.jens-langner.de/ftp/0100.SUNWut

After that the .xsession-errors file should not show the above errors
any more.
